Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your merchandise within 7 days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

– Email us within 3 days of delivery with your concerns, order number and return request. We will send you an email with instructions to follow. – Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. – Items must be returned unused, undamaged, unaltered and in perfect condition.

– Items must be returned with all labels and bags included in the original packaging.

– Include a note with the Order Number. The following items can not be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we shipped the wrong item. We can not accept returns or exchanges for:

1. Custom or personalized orders

2. Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons).

3. Items on Sale or Clearance

For Returns, we offer no refunds, only store credit.

For Exchanges, after we receive your package, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping of your new product.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product is not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original labels are missing.

Customer will pay all shipping fees for the exchange, as well as any difference in price on the new product. If the price difference is in your favor, you will receive a Store Credit
