Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will process the next business day. Packages will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, Franchela Boutique will send you an email with a USPS tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please make sure your address is correct before finalizing your order. Once your order has been processed, we cannot change your shipping address. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. If a package is returned to Franchela Boutique due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Even if your order was with free shipping, you will have to pay a shipping cost for us to send your merchandise again.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Franchela Boutique is not responsible for items that have shipped or are in hands of the USPS. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. We are not responsible for stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.
